Technology Zone Programs
Wisconsin's Technology Zone Program is a new economic development initiative to stimulate the growth of technology-oriented businesses. Administered by the Wisconsin Department of Commerce, eight multi-county zones have been designated. Program highlights: Zones are effective for 10 years $5 million in income tax credits has been allocated to each zone Tax credits are available to high-technology businesses locating or expanding in a designated Technology Zone. Each zone contains specific high-tech industry clusters.
