Economic Development in Wisconsin

From 1984 until mid 2012, Forward Wisconsin, Inc was the state of Wisconsin’s official nonprofit marketing entity. Policy changes caused Forward Wisconsin, Inc. to be dissolved. At the urging of local economic development groups in order to continue providing the data needed by economic developers, the Wisconsin Economic Development Institute, Inc. (WEDI) agreed to maintain the data portions of Forward Wisconsin’s website.
